VIZid user guide
Learn how to turn a product model into a finished image, a material study or an animated presentation in VIZid.
Start a project
First launch, import a model, navigate the viewport and adjust your workspace.
Arrange the scene
Select parts, organise them in the Outliner, edit object transforms, place and align objects, work with rigs and compose a camera view.
Develop materials and finishes
Start in the Material Editor. Add textures and labels, build procedural wood, apply surface effects or edit a node graph.
Compare colourways and looks, manage the scene's materials, and reuse work through the asset library and palette.
Light and finish the image
Set the environment and ground, place lights, adjust colour grading and combine effects in the compositor. See AI Studio for its available workflows.
Animate and present
Begin with animation and keyframes. Work with the Motion Stack, sequence, compositions, layers and suites.
Render and connect
Render an image, choose quality settings, configure Render Output, select passes and inspect the render queue.
Connect a custom tool using the CAD Bridge API, or work with the After Effects bridge.
