Shots & animation output

Line up every view a design review or launch needs, freeze each one as it stands, and render the whole set in one run. The same queue handles stills, variants and animation.

From one scene to a full set of images

The Render Queue captures exactly what you see when you add a shot, so you can keep designing while the set waits to render.

Frozen shots

Add Shot freezes the current scene as a job in the queue. Later edits don't change it, and a double-click opens the finished render.

Variants in one click

Queue every combination of your saved cameras and colourways at once. Build a consistent set of views and finishes without adding each shot individually.

Every saved angle

Render All These Angles adds one job for each saved camera. Render All then works through the queue at final quality.

Contact sheets

Tile every rendered shot in the queue into a single overview image for reviews and sign-off.

Animation output

Render a comp's range, the work area or a custom span at the frame rate you choose. A one-click turntable camera move covers the classic product spin.

Size and naming

Pick HD 1080p, HD 720p, 4K UHD, Square 2048 or a custom size, and scale down to 50% or 25% for proofs. Frames are numbered automatically from a name pattern.

Example: over-ear headphones in three colourways

The launch deck needs the same four angles for each of three colourways. The designer saves the four cameras, sets up the colourways and queues every combination: twelve frozen jobs from one scene. While those render, they preview the turntable from cached playback. After Render All, a contact sheet puts all twelve images side by side for the colour review.

A practical workflow

  1. Save the camera angles and colourways the brief calls for.
  2. Add individual shots, or queue every combination at once.
  3. Choose the resolution, format and file name pattern.
  4. Run Render All, then build a contact sheet for review.
  5. For motion, set the frame range and frame rate, preview it from cached playback, then render the sequence.
