VIZid Gloss

VIZid Gloss is the look-development and rendering side of VIZid Suite. It turns a tessellated model into finished imagery: assigning materials and finishes, arranging render jobs, grading and compositing the result, and exporting it for the web or AR.

VIZid Gloss is organised as a set of dedicated editors, each documented on its own page:

  • Material Editor — the material editor: click a face, pick a finish from the material library (metals, plastics, paints, glass, stone, fabric, SSS, volumes, grounds), add textures, labels and multi-materials, or generate a material with AI.

  • Render Manager — the render manager: a reorderable queue of render jobs, each with its own camera, resolution, quality, output and look, rendered in one pass.

  • VIZid Flow (Network Rendering)VIZid Flow: the enterprise network render system that distributes jobs across a farm of render nodes, matched to each job’s hardware requirements, over a TLS-secured connection.

  • Color Grade — the Color Grade editor: exposure, white balance, 3-way colour, contrast, saturation, curves and tonemapping as reorderable stages.

  • Compositing / Post — the Compositing / Post editor: denoise, depth of field, lens distortion, painterly, glow/glare, vignette and sharpen.

  • Share & ExportShare & Export: glTF for the web and USDZ for AR.

Materials and finishes are stored in the shared Asset Library and can be re-bound to parts automatically with CMF Looks.
